City of Cockburn 7s 2017 Wrap Up

Southern Lions hosted the City of Cockburn 7s on the 11th Feb 2107.

19 teams from all around Perth and the Malaysian National 7s team made it a great day of rugby.

There was plenty of entertainment for the kids who braved the expected bad weather although it turned into a beautiful day with sunshine to match the quality of rugby on display.

Congratulations to Palmyra, Cott Shegulls and Rockingham for wining the Men's, Women's and U20s competitions.

Thank You to the Malaysian National Men's 7s team for travelling to compete.They unluckily went down in Golden Point Extra Time in the Cup Final.
