Strategic Plan

Hello There,

Please find attached an overview the Southern Lions Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan will be a major part of our drive to achieve Premiership status. It takes effect immediately and will be our focus from 2016 and into the future. Our ultimate goal must be to achieve Premiership status by the year 2021. However our aim must be to get ourselves into such a position to enable us to achieve our goal earlier if the opportunity arises.

Your Executive of the club feels that this must be the "Way Forward" for our club. It will enable us to offer our Juniors a realistic pathway into Premiership Rugby and beyond if they so wish. It certainly is exciting times for the Southern Lions, it's a hard road but one we know we must follow to enable us to become the "Premier" club South of the River.

Our Senior coaches have a brief it is simple to get us to Premiership Rugby. Stuart's focus has been exactly that since he came on board last year, his focus and determination are unquestionable. Number one priority this year is to make the play offs and after last week's game this is definitely achievable. It is important that we all work together to achieve our ultimate goal.

Sam, Ronan and myself are open to discussion, however our focus is clear, we are committed to Premiership Rugby.
