Whilst we came away with the win, it was a disappointing day out for the Reds who struggled to maintain their composure with the ball and the rulebook.
Poor ball control and discipline let us down badly and try as they might improvement was limited.
However maybe a few changes and their own high expectations altered the look of the game and the ball being continuously handed to Kalamunda the Reds strong defence kept them out and maintained the zero points score line against them.
On the plus side we had players playing out of position and well done to Adam, Viann and Ethan. Nathan survived a crunching tackle to go on and have a solid game completing some good tackles. Once again Storm produced some game breaking runs.
Forwards – A solid performance from Jack S with great support from Jordan and Shane. We welcomed back Matt and what a return performance hard at the ball and looking for contact all over the paddock. Big man Jaeden let the bulls know what a hit is especially when it was Kala calling for the hit.
With Alex out injured it was upto Cam to put the points on, a credible 5 from 6, well done Cam.
Trys from Cam 1, Storm 2, Jordon 1 and Adam 2.
Conv. Cam - 5 from 6
Man of the Match – Jordon
Souths 40 – Kalamunda 0
