Souther Lions 76 v Palmyra 0

The starting team did not disappoint, led by Ella and John the backline didn’t look like they were missing anyone, they moved the ball well and with the help of “Fullback” Isaiah we were 5 Try’s to Palmyra’s nil at half time. First time player Harry got involved early and looks like he will adapt well switching from Aussie Rules.

Second half the boys on the bench were allowed a run, with 6 quick tries in 10 minutes, Trey and Chad were brought back to the bench and the other boys finished off the game extremely well.
The final score was 76 to Nil, a great result especially against Palmyra. Congratulations to Player of the day, Jayden Piercy.
